I am a part time worker, full time wife and mom. I enjoy spending my free time (what little I have now and usually in an insomniac state) creating for The Sims. I can't always get to comments or requests, but know that I appreciate each and every comment I get and I try to get to them when I can and if I don't it's because I have brain fog.
And to appease my wonderful husband I put this shiny new donate button on the website (though I really didn't want to because I don't like to ask for things, it makes me feel weird). So don't donate at all, or donate a cent or dollar. Anything and everything is certainly appreciated and all proceeds from adfly and ads are what keep me buying my Sim games, expansions, stuff packs and creating cc as well. So a big thank you to all of you who download my content it is so very much appreciated! ❤❤❤❤

I have purchased many resources from around the web (patterns, elements, digital papers etc.) to aid in creating my content. And I make no claim to these creators content.
My CC is best viewed at High or Very High settings!

~ Alter any files of my creations, included but not limited to, textures, images and the files themselves.
~ Include any part of my textures in your CC
~ Alter any images used to show my custom content.
~ Recolor my work without prior consent.
~ Upload my files to a different file host.
~ Include my custom meshes with recolors
~ Monetize recolors of my files such as using adf.ly or similar sites. They are still my textures that I've spent hours doing. I use a lot of TS3 and Ts4 textures but I take a lot of time to blend them and edit them by hand and create them into other things, you can just as easily do that yourself.
~ Share on any pay sites.
~ Claim my work as your own.
You May:
~ Recolor my custom meshes with consent and proper credit as long as the mesh is NOT included in your download. Please refer back to the original post for users to download the mesh.
~ Make your own custom textures for my mesh edits with consent and proper credit. You can use ad.fly and any such sites to monetize this work. (This means you make your own textures for the mesh and not just use any part of my textures to make a new one, recoloring/adding prints to my textures. They must be your own work and mesh is NOT to be included as per my standard TOU.)
By downloading my content you agree to these terms. If you can't respect my TOU, simply close the window now.
