I took the outfit that came with Seasons I think? And cut it down into this vest and bowtie top because I just do not have enough toddler boy clothes, let alone something dressy . Made from a mixture of TS4 textures. Mesh edit by me. Comes in 20 colors each color against a black and white dress shirt.
