Off Shoulder Brushed Cotton Crop Sweatshirt

A simple modification to a shirt that came with City Living to make it a standalone cropped sweatshirt with an added brushed cotton texture. Made from a mixture of TS4 textures. Mesh edit by me. Base game compatible. Comes in 20 colors.
