I was looking for some additional outfits to use for hostesses and waitresses for the Dine Out pack and whipped this up real quick. Dress has a black high waist skirt and bow with colored shirt. Made from a mixture of TS4 textures. Mesh edit by me. Comes in 35 colors. Enabled for all genders.
